The property is accessed via a five bar gate into a private brick paviour courtyard. A five lever security front door leads you into the entrance hall, where you will find doors leading to the kitchen, family bathroom, two double bedrooms, sitting room and airing cupboard. Many of the floors are wood, the rooms finished to a very high standard with coving around the ceilings.

The kitchen has a range of wall and floor mounted cupboards with integrated electric cooker, space for washing machine and fridge freezer. Double glazed windows overlook the rear garden. The sitting room has double glazed windows to rear and internal French doors opening to the conservatory which is currently being used as the dining room. Again double glazed French doors open onto the rear garden and patio area. The bedrooms are of good proportions, with the master having an en-suite shower room, comprising low level wc, pedestal wash hand basin and free standing shower cubicle. The family bathroom, across the hall, has a white suite of bath, wash hand basin with vanity unit under and low level wc. There is also a heated towel rail and shaver point. Turn right into The Bourne and at the end of the road turn left at the 'T' junction into Bourne Lane.
