Features include gas central heating to radiators, sealed unit double glazed windows, security entry system, allocated car parking space. Viewing is most strongly recommended.
DIRECTIONS
Leave Norwich's City Centre on the Thorpe Road, continue past the Train Station and Rosedale Close can be found on the right hand side, before the Harvey Lane traffic lights. Once on Rosedale Close, bear round to the left and the flat block can be found on set back in a block on the right hand side.

TERMS OF TENANCY
TENANCY: The property is offered on an assured shorthold letting agreement for a period of 6 months thereafter to continue on a month to month basis. RENT: One months rent in advance.
