Priory Gardens is a particularly sought after purpose built retirement complex occupying a quiet position just yards from St. Mary's Church and the centre of this ancient market town.  The town's railway station is approximately half a mile walking distance with the bus station even closer, whilst the general hospital is approximately a mile away.

Number 17 is a one bedroom apartment and was one of the original show flats, occupying a favoured first floor position and has the benefit of fitted wardrobes, re-fitted kitchen and is considered to be in excellent decorative order.  Double glazing is installed as are night storage heaters, fitted carpets where laid are included.

The communal gardens warrant special mention which include a wide variety of mature shrubs and trees as well as extensive lawns, there is also a private designated car park.
