" Traditional mid terrace house in popular residential street within 1/2 mile of the town centre. The property has been the subject of some modernisation in the past but would now benefit from further upgrading.

Directions

Proceed from the A465 head of the valleys road toward the town centre, after passing Tesco's on the right take the next turning right. Go up the hill and at the mini roundabout take the first exit. Proceed down this road, enter Eureka Place and the property is almost at the end of the road, signed on the left hand side. 



This traditional mid terrace house has been successfully let for the past 5 years, so offers scope  as an investment property as well as owner occupation.
