" This terraced cottage occupies an elevated position in an established residential area only a short distance from a small play area and adjacent to the mountain side. The property backs on to a small wooded area.

Modernised and upgraded mid terrace cottage with forecourt and rear garden, lounge/dining room, modern fitted kitchen with built in appliances, rear hall, ground floor bathroom, two bedrooms, upvc D/G, GCH The town centre is approximately one mile away and offers a selection of shops, banks & supermarkets.

Proceed from the A465 (T) Heads of the Valleys road towards Ebbw Vale town centre, stay on this road, passing Tesco's on the right and then the multi storey car park,also on the right, follow the road around the rear of the town centre after passing the Esso garage on the left take the next turning right at "Macdonalds", at the mini roundabout go straight over.  Follow the road around to the left, continue on up the hill, then continue on the flat until you see the church on the left.  Take the slip road on the right going up the hill.  Follow the road around to the right, then turn left at "RTB club".  This is High street, go up the hill and the property is on the right.

Ebbw Vale is located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, between Merthyr Tydfil and Abergavenny

The town centre and surrounding area are currently the subjects of major investment with the recent opening of a sixth form college, comprehensive school and state of the art sports centre. The new Motor Circuit of Wales is to be constructed on the edge of the town and will host a calendar of international motoring events.

The dualling of the Heads Of The Valley (A465) is underway and the train station is due to be moved closer to the town centre with a funicular planned to link the centre of the town with the passenger train to Cardiff.
