A superb extended three bedroom semi detached dormer bungalow located on a popular road within Duston. The property is set back from the road and has a long block paved driveway providing off road parking for several vehicles. Upon entering the property, the entrance porch leads into the L shaped entrance hall that in turn provides access to all of the ground floor rooms. The lounge/dining room spans 18ft in length and has a double glazed bow window and additional double glazed window to the front aspect. There is a feature fireplace with inset living flame gas fire providing the focal point of the room. In addition, stairs rise up to the first floor landing. The large kitchen/ breakfast room has dual aspect double glazed windows and a double glazed sliding patio door to the rear garden. There is a good range of modern kitchen units with roll top work surfaces and plenty of space for a table and chairs.
