" This lovely family home ticks lots of boxes and if you are in the market for a spacious 3 bed house then it has to be worth viewing. The downstairs accommodation briefly comprises kitchen, large utility room, cloakroom with WC, dining room that flows into an extended living room.

On the first floor are three good sized bedrooms, all of which could accommodate a double bed, and a spacious bathroom.

Outside there is a gravelled driveway providing off road parking for a couple of cars, whilst to the rear is a good sized enclosed garden, providing space for the children to play safely.

The house is in a great location on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the town centre and not far from any of Brackley's schools. The town has Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets, an excellent butcher and bakery, Boots and Costa coffee Being to the south of the town, commuters enjoy easy access to the A34 meaning Bicester, Banbury and Buckingham are all less than 20 minutes away.
