" A well presented three bedroom semi-detached home to the East of Brackley High Street with a well landscaped private rear garden. The property also benefits from parking for two vehicles and good sized accommodation.

GROUND FLOOR A part glazed front door opens into the hall which has wood effect flooring, stairs to the first floor and a door through to the lounge. The lounge has two windows to the front, a inset gas fire, a door to the under-stairs cupboard and a opening through to the dining room. The dining room benefits from a large window over looking the rear garden and also has an opening through to the kitchen which has a range of eye and base level units, space for three appliances, dual aspect windows and a glazed door leading onto the patio and garden beyond. The kitchen also houses the combination boiler which was installed two years ago. FIRST FLOOR The landing has a window to the side and doors to the three bedrooms, the bathroom and access to boarded loft via a fitted ladder. The bathroom is fitted with a white three piece suite with shower over the bath and a high level window to the rear. Bedroom two is also to the rear benefitting from views over the garden and the old railway embankment beyond. Bedrooms one and three are both to the front of the property with bedroom three having a wardrobe built over the stair bulk head. GARDENS The rear garden is very well landscaped and maintained with a patio adjacent to the house, lawned and planted areas with a decked seating area at the rear.
