" This modern two bedroom semi-detached house with garage and conservatory requires completion of the modernisation and redecoration works started by the current owner.

GROUND FLOOR The front door leads into an entrance lobby which has cloaks hanging space and a door to the living room. The living room is a good size and has a door to the stairs which rise to the first floor, electric flame effect fire, door to large under stairs storage and door to the kitchen. The Kitchen is fitted with base and eye level units on three sides under work tops. There is an inset sink, integrated four ring halogen hob and built in oven, there is also space and plumbing for a dish washer and a washing machine. A peninsular breakfast bar forms the room divider between the open plan kitchen and PVCu conservatory. The conservatory with arched roof has sliding patio doors opening to the rear garden. FIRST FLOOR The landing has loft access and doors to the two double bedrooms and the bathroom which has been re-fitted with a modern white suite with a shower over the spa bath.
