" A three bedroom, nearly new, semi-detached house built in 2012, situated in a Cul-de- sac location in the prominent village of Silverstone and presented in excellent condition.

GROUND FLOOR The entrance door leads to the hallway which has doors to adjoining rooms and the stairs rising to the first floor. The cloakroom is fitted with a two piece white suite and has a frosted window to the side aspect. The living/dining room is at the rear of the property and is an 'L' shaped room with a window to the rear and double doors opening onto the patio and a door to a good sized understairs storage cupboard. The kitchen is to the front of the property and is fitted with wall and base units with roll top surfaces over. There are spaces for washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and an integrated gas hob with fan assisted electric oven under. FIRST FLOOR The landing has a window to the side aspect, doors to adjoining rooms and door to the airing cupboard. Bedrooms one and three are to the rear of the property and bedroom two to the front. The bathroom is fitted with a three piece modern white suite with a shower over the bath, pedestal wash hand basin and dual flush wc. There is also a frosted window to the front aspect. GARDEN The property is approached by a path to the front and lawn on either side. The rear garden is laid mainly to lawn and enclosed by wood panel fences on three sides.
