To the first floor there is a galleried landing with three bedrooms and a shower room whilst to the second floor there are two further bedrooms. Externally there are gardens to the front and rear and a driveway. In addition the property has the benefit of double glazing and a gas fired central heating system. EPC Rating E.

Location

The property is located on the outskirts of Bulwell town centre and has access to public transport links to include a bus station and railway station. The town centre boasts a range of shops, schools, supermarkets, post office, banks, bars, restaurants and public houses and hosts a market on Tuesday, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. There are motorway links to the M1 at junction 26, approximately 2 miles away, leading to destinations north and south of the city centre. Nottingham city centre is approximately 4 miles away.

A very well presented sizable five bedroom semi detached period style property to which an internal viewing is recommended to appreciate the accommodation on offer.
