" Individually built circa 1975 this detached bungalow occupies a good sized plot with protected trees and a pleasant open aspect to the rear. The spacious, well planned accommodation is light and airy. Porch, hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC, garage, double glazing, gas fired central heating. Newark only three miles.

Lindum stands pleasantly in the village of Winthorpe. The bungalow is set back with a driveway entrance and ample parking. A good sized rear garden is south facing. There are protected Pine trees and an Oak tree on the rear boundary with the school playing fields and an open aspect beyond. The bungalow was built circa 1975 and since upgraded with UPVC double glazed windows and doors, PVC fascias and soffits and cavity wall insulation.
