" DECEPTIVELY SPACIOUS... This three bedroom detached bungalow is superbly spacious and with a little internal modernisation, would make an ideal family home. The property is well placed for access to J28 of the M1, along with the amenities of Huthwaite village and local schools. At the end of the drive is a bus service which gives access to Sutton and Mansfield every 10 minutes. Internally the property comprises an entrance hallway, a large lounge, a kitchen diner, a bathroom, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a further single bedroom and a storage cupboard. This property benefits from uPVC and a combination boiler (installed August 2013). Outside there is a useful patio area with further storage and a lawn.
