" The Coppice is a small prestigious development of 14 properties constructed by Bowey Homes of stone under slate roofs, only around 1 mile from the beach at Alnmouth and less than ยฝ from the railway station. This attractive detached house enjoys a corner plot with well stocked private gardens. Double garage and driveway. The ground floor entrance hall with oak flooring has double doors opening to the sitting room with bay window overlooking the front garden. The dining room has French doors opening out to the rear and there is a separate study or family room. The large kitchen/ breakfast room also has a bay window, and has a good range of fitted units with integral appliances. There is a separate utility room and cloakroom/ w.c.. On the first floor the master bedroom has dressing room with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room; there are three further bedrooms and family bathroom. The villages of Lesbury and Hipsburn have post office/ village shop, church and school, plus public house/ restaurant. The larger town of Alnwick is approximately 3 miles away with a wider choice of shopping facilities, modern leisure centre and theatre/ cinema.
