" The front door with glazing above leads into the entrance hall. Attractive wood panelled door leads into the living room. The main focal point in this room is a large inglenook fireplace with gas fire, wooden surround with attractive carved ducks. There is inbuilt shelving to the side of the fireplace and windows to both the front and rear. There is a storage cupboard under the stairs and a opening leading into the kitchen.
The kitchen has a range of wall and floor mounted cabinets as well as open shelving. There is a window overlooking the shared garden, integrated oven and hob, extractor above, stainless steel 1.5 bowl sink with drainer and mixer tap above. The floor is tiled and there is splashback tiling to the walls. A rear stable style door leads out to the rear.

Stairs lead to the first floor.

At the top of the stairs on the landing there is a window offering natural light and views over the rear gardens. This floor offers two bedrooms, both with front facing windows. The second bedroom has storage cupboard above the stairs and a hatch proving access to the loft via a drop down ladder.
The main bedroom is of a good size and also benefits from an opening in to dressing area with natural light via a front facing window.
The final room on this floor is the family bathroom with three piece white suite including corner bath, pedestal style basin, low level WC and additional walk in shower. This room is of a generous size.
