" This 4 Bed Detached family home is located at the end of the Cul-de-sac on the popular Sullivan Walk estate. Built in 1991 this house is an example of the largest type built on the estate benefiting from a hallway leading to the lounge and kitchen plus an integral garage.

Downstairs the property comprises of an entrance hall with stairs to first floor, lounge, a newly refurbished open plan kitchen and dining room, conservatory, utility room and a ground floor toilet. The property has recently undergone some works of improvement with new Karndean style oak effect flooring which runs from the hall through to the kitchen diner as well as the utility and WC.
