" Acorn are delighted to market this beautifully appointed (unfurnished - with white goods), 3 bedroom semi detached property with panoramic views over the Tyne valley towards Newcastle. It is well proportioned and has parking for three cars at the front and a spacious garden to the rear. Only 5 minutes from the bus stop and only about 20 minutes by bus to Newcastle

The property comprises of an entrance hallway with a walk in cloakroom and an under stairs meter and storage cupboard. There are two nice reception rooms split by a room divider giving the option of one large downstairs space if required. There is a good size fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher. This leads to a utility / downstairs shower room with washing machine already fitted. This leads into a back workshop which again leads to the back garden.

Stair from the hallway lead to the first floor where you will find the main bathroom with separate bath, shower w.c. and basin. There are two nice double bedrooms the master bedroom has full length fitted wardrobes has excellent views overlooking the Tyne valley.
