" With close access to local transport, shops and bars, this beautiful family home is tastefully decorated and in truly walk-in condition. The property benefits from a large built-in garage which has a small utility area to the rear.

Five things the current owners love about their home:

1. The open plan living area is amazing when friends and family are visiting. We`ve had over 30 people for entertaining and it didn`t feel cramped.

2. The attic room is great for watching sport, movies and holding our daughters birthday parties!

3. It always feels bright and welcoming.

4. Excellent transport links to both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

5. Overall a very happy family home and if we could, we would take our house with us when we move as we love it that much!

Entertainment wise Motherwell has a Premiership football team, direct access to Strathclyde Park, its own night club and a host of bars and restaurants. Our personal favourites are Dalziel Park and The Electric Bar for lunch and drinks.
