" Come in, come in and look at the shear size of this property and space it offers. Due to being heavily extended to the ground floor the reception space and accommodation is absolutely huge. A 19’ lounge and separate 19’ diner is a perfect social and great family living space. Properties of this particular age and style would generally not offer a downstairs shower room, but you get it with this property along with an upstairs bathroom which would be great for a large family, so there will be no arguments or queuing for the bathroom in the mornings.A well maintained and southerly facing rear garden is a very private and big selling factor for this property as it also benefits from its own individual rear access.Being mid terrace normally you would expect small rooms and restricted space but this house certainly offers much more than that and at such a competitive and affordable price.Close by commuter coach links and motorway connections are within ¼ mile and gives direct and easy access for any buyer that needs to travel to work and get onto the motorway quickly instead of being stuck in the ever frustrating town traffic. The current owner is very flexible for taking viewings and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in the area for a long time and have owned this property for the last 15 years. When I first viewed it, all those years ago, it really surprised and “wowed” me with the space offered compared to anything else that I had previously viewed and that was on the market at the time.I am moving only due to having a passion for cars and need a double garage to house my pride and joy. I know that due to the sheer space that my property offers it would be perfect for a young or growing family.
