The property is within walking distance of the local parade of shops including several hairdressers and newsagents. The bus stop is just around the corner for those without transport who need to travel out of the area for work.Walking into the property you can see just why the vendors brought the property, it’s size. With three reception areas to the ground floor plus a shower room. The kitchen size can sometimes be restricted, however this kitchen is not, measuring 12’2 x 10’5, which does not feel compromised.

I was attracted to the property because I wanted our family to live in a property that suited us well and gave us space as I have an older son and daughter. With the cellar room becoming another bedroom, this has worked well for us.Having a bathroom on each floor also made things easier for the family and we have refitted the downstairs shower room to feel more modern and also replastered and repainted all of the bedrooms.Relying on public transport I needed to be within walking distance of the bus routes and public services, living here I can be at a bus stop within two minutes.
