" Blank canvass!! Ideal for putting your d.i.y. thoughts into practice. This is what this property has to offer for all first time buyers and in addition, the fact that it's vacant helps you to do any relevant alterations before moving in so by the time you've finished it will be as good as new!!
Located in a quiet residential location overlooking a green provides a fantastic outlook and also makes it more child friendly.
With the shops, schools, parks etc within walking distance means you don't always have to take the car so you can save some money on the fuel especially in these tough economic times.
There is a garage en bloc so the car can be locked away safely.
The lounge/diner is a good size for the property and is quite cosy making an ideal place to 'chill out' and 'unwind' especially after a long day at work.
There is a mature flat rear garden with rear gate access which is a bonus these days for terrace houses, particularly handy if you have a motor bike.
Finally, if you commute there is a Kingsferry Coach stop within the vicinity and if you take the car, again the M2/M20 motorway is less than 1/2 mile away so in fact you are quite central to everything.

What the Owner says:

At the time we were looking, it was one of the bigger two bedrooms we saw for the money that we were looking to spend and with the size, location, the fact they had the garage, garden and 2 decent size rooms it was the right thing for us at the time.
Over the years, we've done enough just to keep the property to a modern standard but just like anything it means that someone can leave their own mark and do exactly what they want to do..
The biggest plus for us was the location because it's within walking distance to everything really, the shops down to road, Morrisons is not too far, the parks and we can get to the motorway relatively quickly from here, so quite central.
