" What a fantastic opportunity to purchase this well maintained family home. It has been a while since one of these 3 bedroom link detached properties has been up for sale and I’m not surprised. This property offers great living space, decent size rooms and the word deceptive certainly falls into the same sentence when it comes to the description of this property. If a 17’ lounge/diner is not enough space then don’t worry because this property has a conservatory to the rear, which adds to the living space, and can be used as a dining room if necessary. The house has double-glazing and a modern central heating system is in place and outside, has a very good size flat rear garden, which is child friendly and in addition is not overlooked which gives more privacy. This garden is mature, mainly laid to lawn and has a patio area. There are also schools and other amenities within this vicinity.

What the Owner says:

We moved to this property over 26 years ago and we bought it because we fell in love with the size and above all the outlook plus the fact the garden wasn’t overlooked. The location was ideal as it was quiet and we are more or less in touching distance of all the local amenities, which meant our kids could walk to schoolOver the years, we’ve tried our best to maintain our home to a good standard and because we felt we needed more living space, we added the conservatory and just 2 years ago we had new double glazing fitted, and a new kitchen and bathroom
