What the Owner says:

This has been a great family home with everything you could possibly need close at hand and this is why I stayed here for 25 years. I never needed to live anywhere else.I have already moved to be closer to my children to help look after my grand children.I felt leaving the property with no chain would offer a more hassle free move for the lucky buyer.
