" These are truly lovely size family homes. The sort of home you can stay in for years which is probably why the current owner has been here since 1973.
It's the sort of location you would choose for a family as it fronts onto a green which makes it a safe area for children and yet is within walking distance to the local schools and local amenities.
Built circa 1966 these properties were built with substantial room sizes and they are solid built properties.
The kitchen/diner is a lovely sociable area with built in oven and 6 ring hob plus plumbing for washing machine.
The lounge is a well proportioned design and there is a central point of a gas fire which has a back boiler. This was replaced 11 years ago.
The conservatory gives you extra living space ideal to put children's toys away from the main house.
Upstairs are three good size bedrooms, the master bedroom having all built in furniture.
There is an easy to maintain rear garden with a shed, patio and lawn area and to the rear of the property a garage which was re-built 5 years ago.
I feel that this property is ideal for a young family looking for a property they can stay in for some time and settle in.

What the Owner says:

As a family of six we were looking for a home that had plenty of space and room to grow. We were living on a main road at the time and really wanted somewhere that was quiet and safe for the children. This property was absolutely perfect for us.
We added the conservatory 6 years ago to give us that little bit of extra room and opened up the kitchen into the dining area for a nice sociable space. We re-fitted the kitchen 5 years ago.
This property was ideal for us, with our children growing up it's easy access to the motorways and within walking distance to the schools and bus routes.
We are now looking to retire to a bungalow on the coast and are happy to hand over this lovely home.
