" THE PROPERTY: Ideal first time buy. "They were attracted to the spacious rooms, central location, the fact that it had central heating and its own garden," said the owners. Having lived there they have made a few changes such as replacing two windows, replaced the shower and re-decorated throughout. The property is located on the outskirts of Chatham town centre which can be accessed via buses at various intervals. There are also coach stops within proximity which would be useful and ideal for regular commuters. The layout is brilliant and certainly creates that spacious feeling, in our opinion.
