" "Don't judge a book by it's cover" has been a time honoured phrase and when you walk through the front door of this Victorian house what will unfold before your eyes will bring an immediate smile to your face. Dave and Laura have transformed this terrace house into a warm inviting property that now has home written all over it.The open plan kitchen and diner has been created for that modern living style. You can practice your cooking skills in the modern updated kitchen while conversing with your family and friends in the dining room. When Dave and Laura moved into the property they decided to alter the interior lay out of the house. They felt it was not big enough for their growing family so decided to build an extension to the rear of the property and extend the dining room area. This has transformed the interior space of the house and it became what they wanted. There are excellent road connections to London or the other Medway towns. Weigh up the options as to which route will best suit you. Scan your local area and you will notice that there are shops within walking distance to this property.
