What the Owner says:

There are a number of reasons why I bought this apartment. The location was really key for me. I wanted somewhere modern, clean, tidy and quiet, so when I saw this apartment I knew I wanted to buy it. Once I went into the flat it was a really good size, I like the open plan design and the views were an added bonus. Another important factor was the road transport system. I wanted to have easy access to the M2 and this location gave that to me. The neighbours here are very friendly and most have been in the apartments since they were first built. There are some good pubs, shops and restaurants nearby and if you want to go for long walks, then you can take advantage of the riverbank and the outstanding views.
