" Choosing the village of Cliffe woods was certainly a decision that the owners of this 3 bedroom home have not regretted in the 30 years of living here. Providing a perfect family home one of the main things that really sold it to them was the distinguishable size of the bedrooms. Having the ability of fitting a double bed in addition to bedside units and toys for the children allows the kids to have their own little retreat without having to invade any of the reception space. The bedrooms are not the only feature that spoils you, in the larger than average bathroom you’ll find a shower and corner bath. The current owners find having the choice to be able to sit and relax and forget about the days worries or alternatively if times against you in the morning rush the shower is a very idyllic. To say the least the property offers huge potential. Many of the surrounding properties have taken advantage of changing the garage into an additional room subject to planning. To the side of the property offers additional parking which at one point provided space for an 23ft boat, although could be utilised for additional cars or perhaps even a caravan. Who could say no to a fantastic prospect like this one.

What the Owner says:

We moved into the village approx. 30 years ago. Since living here this home has been brilliant to bring up our children. The first thing that really grabbed our attention was the size of the bedrooms. To have three double bedrooms was a dream come true. We have re-fitted the bathroom and kitchen to a very high standard that has lasted very well. The garden is a stunning feature as we are spoilt with sunlight most of the day, having the corner plot has given us not only privacy, but other benefits like additional parking and even space for a boat that we once owned.
