A lovely peaceful place which also attracts the birds and ducks that you see here too.The communal gardens offer a quiet outdoor space to enjoy. There is a garden terrace with seating, a place to relax and socialize. This is a great opportunity to buy a prestige home, safe and secure, one you can “lock and leave”, holiday away the winter if you like and not have to worry about the garden as it is all done for you! Internally you have a master bedroom which comes with a bright en-suite shower room and if you have guests over they can use the separate family sized bathroom. The bright living room is made for entertaining, spacious at 19’ plus and with a really practical semi open plan design to the kitchen. The living room has two large windows with views over the communal grounds and trees beyond. As soon as I drove up to Troutbeck House I could sense there was something special about this elegant’ Neo Georgian’ building.I wasn’t disappointed either, as upon entering you are greeted by a stunning communal entrance, filled with natural light streaming in from the high open plan ‘atrium’ design. There is a sweeping staircase taking you up to the balconied first floor level and your own private entrance to your apartment. It’s also great that the building, communal areas and grounds are so well looked after for you too. An unexpected surprise was the large garage to which I have added power and lighting and easily visible from your apartment window. There is ample parking too for visitors to use.
