Well that’s what is on offer with this well kept home and you may well not appreciate from first glance.Its truly a great place for bringing up children, safe as its in a cul-de-sac position and there’s even a brick built children’s play room in the garden, providing hours of fun whether its racing cars or if required a useful retreat for DIY - both of which have had their various times here!
The present owner has had the house well insulated to keep your bills low and the bathroom now has a contemporary white suite and chrome radiator/towel rail and a superb walk-in shower cubicle. I’ve got great neighbours who are there for me if I need help and it’s been a great place to bring up my family, as there are good local amenities including a local shop, schools and a good bus route for me locally. The local community centre offers activities for all ages and brings people together for keep fit classes events and there are tennis courts, football/ playing fields and country walks on the doorstep.I’m only moving now as it is larger than I need and would like a bungalow.
