" They just don't build them like this anymore! A truly exquisite Victorian cottage set within a terrace of equally pleasant homes known as 'Sunnyside Cottages' built in 1882. As the chiselled plaque name plate proclaims. The village itself has an excellent Junior School, which is about 450 yards away. There is also a extremely handy shop about 70 yards away. So if you suddenly run out of milk, sugar or the 'day to day' essentials you could re-stock within minutes of leaving your home. Its clear to see why the current owners made such a nicely decked patio to the rear of the garden. "We have sun right up to the end of the day in our garden". Imagine sitting here up into the early evening enjoying a drink or two. The only noise being the sound of the birds chirping in the trees just beyond the rear boundary. The rear access is also perfect for dog walkers. Stick your beloved pet on their lead, open the rear gate and 'hey presto'! Your in recreation grounds and don't forget to take some bread with you for the ducks who float up and down the stream. Both bedrooms are doubles and the bathroom is bigger than most too. Whilst the attic room would also accommodate a double bed, in fact the current owners utilise this room as their main bedroom.

What the Owner says:

We bought this house about 8 years ago and have changed just about everything you see here now. We installed the central heating, re-wired it and transformed the garden adding the decking and fencing.
We also re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom. So I guess you could say we have been busy!
We adore DItton and certainly do not intend to move too far away from here. As we now have two young children. We want to move up the ladder to maybe a 3/4 bedroom house.
Anyone who wants to find a house they can move straight into without doing any expensive refurbishment - then come and see ours!
