" A beautiful home, tucked away in a quiet Close with great views, you really have to see this one! Versatility is a theme running through the home. It has a fantastic 24’ loft room which makes a great hobby room and with potential to make another bedroom if a staircase was added (subject to consents/regulations). There is another room on the ground floor which is currently used as a study, and has been used for working from home. It has also been used as a bedroom and could make a great playroom for the kids too!The bathroom looks stunning with a contemporary white suite featuring an attractive square end shower/bath and a smart chrome radiator/towel rail.
A kitchen/breakfast room is always a welcome design feature in a home, always practical whether for the family, young children or when friends drop in. This kitchen also comes with built-in oven and hob, an integrated fridge and an integrated dishwasher too! Another benefit in the design is that the kitchen links directly with the study/playroom and allows you to contain the children and cook at the same time!You also get off road parking with this home, which could take two small cars and it still has a garden with attractive mature hedging adding that touch of privacy to the front of the house. Having been here for 23 years I can say it has been a great place to live!Everything you need is within an easy walking distance, whether it’s schools, shops, bus stop or rail station. The neighbours are friendly too!The ‘King and Queen’ is a great local pub and there are lovely country walks just a few minutes away. We often walk through to Wateringbury or the country town of West Malling with its range of shops and places to eat out.We had a loft conversion done but stopped short of putting a staircase in, as we have decided to move now our family needs have changed.We really enjoy living in the area and intend to move locally.
