" THE PROPERTY: The vendors chose this particular house because they loved its position. They had a choice of properties to purchase at the time and this was the one they fell in love with because of its size, position and private south facing garden. They have found the property to be very versatile; indeed the top floor having two rooms and a bathroom could almost be used as a separate annexe. They tell us that it is located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks and the David Lloyd Centre and they have very much appreciated their superb outlook over the cricket pitch. The schools are conveniently located and access to the mainline rail link to London Victoria is close by in West Malling.
