" Living in a village in the Weald of Kent must be idyllic, surely? This is your opportunity! This 3 bedroom home has a certain charm. It was built in the 1930’s and has many features synonymous with this era. Stripped oak flooring through hall, lounge and dining room give a feeling of warmth as you explore the downstairs living space. This is further enhanced with the wood burner in the lounge, which may stay, dependant on negotiation. Imagine how cosy you’re going to feel this winter when it’s snowing outside whilst the wood burner is firing away.The outside space is great too. You’ve probably already noticed the generous amount of off road parking but you may not have noticed the garage that is accessed via the gates to the side of the house. The back garden is fantastic. On a warm summers day there’s got to be nothing better than relaxing with friends and family, perhaps enjoying a cool Pimms and some tasty food fresh off of the barbecue. There is a certain level of privacy outside too. The building to the rear is a store come office that is only used 9 – 5 Monday to Friday so your free to sunbath or have a family barbecue at the weekend without being overlooked.

I’ve really enjoyed the accessibility of everything I need whilst I’ve lived here. Getting into Maidstone is easy and Tonbridge is only a short drive too. I wasn’t stranded in the bad snow we had either – something that I’m sure was a problem in a number of other rural locations.
