" This superb three bedroom semi-detached family home was built by Barrett Homes in 2017 and is located in the heart of the rural village of Harrietsham, close to the A20, local amenities, great schools and Harrietsham train station. The property is beautifully decorated throughout and comprises a welcoming entrance hallway with a cloakroom and a useful storage cupboard. The modern fitted kitchen has an integrated oven, a four burner gas hob and space for a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The generous living room/dining room has a storage cupboard and French doors opening out to the garden. On the first floor the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom, a good size single bedroom and a family bathroom.

The delightful rear garden is fully enclosed and mainly laid to lawn. The journey to Folkestone takes 35 minutes by car via the M20 or 50 minutes by train changing once at Ashford International, while Canterbury can be reached in 45 minutes by car or 55 minutes by train. The journey to and from London takes one hour 20 minutes by car, or one hour 15 minutes by direct train. London Gatwick Airport is only a 45-minute drive from Harrietsham. "
