" How refreshing would it be to be able to walk the children to school in the mornings and walk the short distance home to enjoy the rest of your day? This is exactly what you can do at this home in Ragstone Road, as it sits at the top of the cul-de-sac with the walkway to the school just down from the house. You really can get up and go in the mornings!

The large lounge area is a great place to catch-up after a long day and has the addition of a conservatory which the owners currently use as a dining area, keeping living and dining separate. The view over the garden is superb, and with the advantage of being private and sunny as well as flat, means it can be enjoyed by both adults and children alike .The downstairs cloakroom is a real bonus, with a hectic family life, as it provides an aid to the rushing around in the mornings.Upstairs are 3 well proportioned rooms so the children won't need to argue over who has the biggest room. The spacious and pretty bathroom has both a separate shower and modern bathroom suite perfect for those who like the best of both worlds.With a garage and driveway there is no need to worry about where to park if you do need to use the car!

We absolutely loved this house when we viewed it, particularly with the school being so close, as it has meant we haven't had to worry about getting the children to school and has given us that much needed extra time in the mornings to get the children ready. The room sizes are great and felt it was certainly one of the larger 3 bedroom houses we viewed.With the local shops, pubs and of course the school just down the road we have been able to enjoy stepping out for the day without having to use the car.
