" Wow! Here’s a chance to own a great semi detached property in a popular area. This lovely family home has an entrance hall leading through to a spacious open plan sitting room with attractive double glazed doors to the patio area which great for entertaining. The kitchen has modern beech effect units and colourful tiling making this a really attractive room – fantastic if you love cooking! Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom which has been refurbished with a fresh white suite. Throughout this house the large windows give plenty of light and there are views of the fields beyond from the front bedrooms. The front has been block paved to provide parking and access to the garage. The rear garden is not overlooked giving a sense of privacy and with the sunlight streaming through makes for a pretty area for enjoying barbeques and outdoor entertaining.The area is very popular with a park famous for its lovely pond and wildlife – fabulous for couples with or without children. Local schooling is very popular and there is a good community spirit.

We have enjoyed living here and choose the house because of the excellent local schooling as well as being close to local amenities.We have made some improvements over the years. Last year we fitted a new boiler and approximately two years ago a flat roof.This is a lovely area with friendly neighbours and a great community spirit. There is a fabulous park with a playground and a pond, which is great for children.
