" The Conservation Area of Faversham is unique for its individual style properties, and this delightful cottage does not disappoint. The narrow and quiet street offers a peaceful location, yet this home is only a few minutes stroll into town, or a little further to the train station. The spacious yet cosy lounge/dining room has exposed timber beams on the ceiling, enhancing that cottagey feel. Step out from there into a pleasant rear garden which offers a great place to sit and unwind after a long day. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, both with fitted wardrobes.Properties such as these are always in high demand so you are encouraged to make your viewing as soon as possible. With the added benefit of no chain, you could be in your new home sooner than you think.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking for a property, it was important for us to find somewhere in the town centre, close to the train station, but we didn't want to buy in a noisy area. Tanners Street is a peaceful location with very little through traffic making it ideal. We fell in love with the cottagey feel of the house and the sunny garden, which backs onto the Alms Houses so is very quiet and relaxing! In recent years, we have rented the property to work colleagues, which the house lends itself to very well as it has two equal size double bedrooms with a separate bathroom between. It has been a wonderful house to own and we hope someone else can enjoy it as much as we have.
