" THE PROPERTY: This unique grade II listed home is situated in one of Faversham's most prestigious roads within this medieval market town. When I met the current owners they explained they have lived in the property for over 40 years and have loved every minute of it. They say there is an excellent feeling of community and are part of a thriving Abbey Street Residents Society. The property itself is located in the heart of the town, a short distance from a working boatyard and the Creek and Queen Elizabeth's Grammer School in one direction with the shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema and station in the other. The accommodation provides to the ground floor a lounge, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom and cellar. To the first floor there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom together with further two bedrooms on the second floor, the master bedroom having ensuite facilities. The property benefits from heating, where stated. To the outside of the property there is a pleasant rear garden. In our opinion, the accommodation on offer is substantial and must be viewed to fully appreciate the size and location so ring Ward & Partners now for your appointment to view.
