Location

Bay View is a residential area comprising mostly of similar semi detached or detached houses and bungalows. Fields, land and sea are all close by. The approach has a rural feel to it, but is still convenient for off Island travelling. Local shops are approximately a mile away and Sheerness Town Centre, railway station and Tesco Superstore are all approximately 6 miles away. Access off the island by the Sheppey Bridge is also approximately 5 miles away. Once over the bridge the A249 provides access to road links to London, Canterbury and Maidstone.

Bay View is the perfect spot for anybody wanting to have access off the Island, as it can be achieved in about a ten minute drive. In our opinion, the extra few minutes is well worth it if you're looking for the ideal family retreat. The current owner has done a fabulous job updating the home and has left nothing for new buyers to worry about!
