" The minute I pulled up outside, I thought it cannot be all of that it must be two houses! But, no it was all one house and it looks like a little mansion. When you get inside you will not be disappointed on the space that is available. The family kitchen has a real country cottage feel with enough space for a family dining table. There is a formal dining room for dinner parties or the family Christmas party. My one tip is to give yourself a lot of time to view this beautiful home and all it has to offer. For those people that are new to the Island I think you will be surprised on what it has to offer as well as good links to the M2 and M20 motorways, which is a good link for commuters. The facilities on the Island are varied from individually owned shops, specialist outlets and of course the big chains that you would expect. There are two gyms, one by Swale Borough Council, which has squash courts and a swimming pool and a privately owned complex along with restaurants and a hotel in Eastchurch. There are two yacht clubs and one sailing club, which is more than enough to keep the average family occupied.

What the Owner says:

We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of London. We did not want a renovation project so opted for a brand new house. The large spacious rooms and the great outlook from the front over looking the Rugby Club and the farmland beyond were what firstly attracted us to the property. Now we live here we know how lovely the neighbours are and what a great location it is.
