" If you are looking to move onto the Sonora Fields Development, there is a good chance that you will be looking for properties on phase 1, which is generally regarded as the most popular part of the site. You will probably therefore be very much attracted to this house which is not only situated on phase 1 but is also one of the most popular styles of house known as the Shelley and which only appears on this phase. We are regularly asked for more spacious three bedroom detached houses as opposed to four bedrooms which is why this particular style of house continues to be popular. Not only has the property got real kerb appeal but it also boasts three double bedrooms with the two main rooms having built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom with en-suite, a spacious lounge, separate dining room and attractively fitted kitchen with utility area.

Local shops, takeaway food outlets and a pub/restaurant situated on site is also an attraction with this development, and its close proximity to the A249 with access to the motorways and Maidstone is a must for the commuting family man. The addition of a conservatory provides an excellent view of the landscaped rear garden and the detached garage with long driveway to the side is also a rare advantage in new houses today.

What the Owner says:

We bought our house from new in 2000 and had the pick of the plots so we chose what we thought was the best location on the first phase of the development. We loved the fact the property is situated in a cul-de-sac and it gave us parking space for the three cars that were in our family. We have seen the Sonora Fields Development grow over the last few years and the provision of local shops and takeaway food establishments has proven to be a real bonus to us. There are just two of us at home now and having raised a family in the property we are now ready to downsize.
