" If you are looking for a 3 bedroom family home with scope to improve and extend then look no further. Although the accommodation would be fine for a young family we feel that there is great scope to extend to the side and/or rear (subject to planning) as some of the neighbours have done. Parking won't be a problem as the driveway could accommodate numerous vehicles and even if you do extend to the rear the kids will still have a decent sized garden to play in. Situation If you want to be close to the Medway towns, including the historic city of Rochester but want a bit more peace and quiet then we feel Wouldham village could be the place for you.
