" Overview
Housenetwork Ltd are pleased to offer this 3 bedroom end terrace house for sale. The property briefly comprises of lounge, dining room, kitchen, basement, 3 bedrooms, shower room and bathroom. The property covers approximately 1727sqft.

Constructed in 1892 this house is generous in character and size, spread across 4 floors it has original coving and exposed floorboards throughout much of the house. Being an end terrace allows for gardens to the rear and side of the house leading to the double garage and garden tool storage.

New boiler with wireless thermostat fitted last year, wood burner in the front room, large established garden to the side and back with security gates at the entrance to the side passage. The house has a large cellar room, a double garage and driveway that comfortably fits two cars. It has two bathrooms on the first floor with washing facilities in the attic bedroom. There are convenient storage cupboards throughout the house on all levels. The hallway leads down the kitchen which has plenty of work tops and storage cupboards, the size of the room also allows for a family size table and chairs. From the kitchen is a small utility room that leads out to the garden. The garden has a wide range of plants and flowers with a plum tree and an apple tree that bear fruits, there is also a conservatory/summer house part way up the garden as it catches the sunshine all day in summer. The front room and dining room are opened up with an archway, there is currently a rail above the arch so that they can be closed off with curtains, this is especially nice on winter nights when the wood burner is going - makes it very cosy. The smallest bedroom is still generously proportioned with built in storage cupboards and drawers. The master bedroom is huge with two front facing windows, the attic room is beautiful and has a working open fire place and lots of storage cupboard space. We have fantastic neighbours on both sides who are very friendly and always on hand to take in parcels or lend a hand.

The North Manchester shopping precinct is a ten minute walk away and Moston lane is even closer, there is also the BEST Indian take away across the road (they are very clean, never any kids hanging around and they are lovely guys who work there). This is a fantastic family home, we have enjoyed many family gatherings here and (in my younger years) wild party's, there are lots of parks nearby for dog walking or for children to play, the nearest being Boggart Hole Clough which is a ten minute walk away (or 2 minute drive). The local primary school is Lily Lane which is 'Outstanding' and there are several secondary schools nearby all of which are good.
