This is a super newer semi detached home on Kershope Grove sat in a more modern suburban residential area, these domains are perfect for small family living and is positioned in a low traffic area. You are surrounded by like homes which makes it pleasing to the eye and there is a huge plus with the location, you are almost within touching distance of Salford Quays the media hub of the UK, you could possibly be rubbing shoulders with the great and good of TV or taking in the views of the watery Quays, from here you can grab the metro into Manchester City Centre too just for fun or a day out. For general travelling around you also have the M602 on hand, basically you are very well connected here. The property itself has a lot to offer internally as you enter you walk into the cosy living room, then through to the roomy kitchen / diner, upstairs you will find two bright and pleasantly sized double bedrooms along with a lovely tiled bathroom. Outside you have a lawned rear garden of good size and could provide you with great outdoor joy, especially when the snow arrives this winter, you have an attractive lawned garden to the front too, you also have the plus point of off road parking this is such a plus to have when you heading home from a long day at work and you can just pull up outside your delightful home.
