The accommodation is laid over two floors with a light through room and extended kitchen to the ground floor. To the first floor are two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The grounds consist of a short garden to the front and L-shaped courtyard to the rear. Both are wall enclosed.

DIRECTIONS:
From our Withington Office, proceed north up Wilmslow Road through Fallowfield until reach Platt Fields Park on your left. On the far side take a left on to Platt Lane. At the first set of traffic lights turn right on to Yew Tree Road, then your third left on to Thornton Road. Once on Thornton Road, take your first left and immediately park up. Horton Road crosses your path and 163 Horton Road is found a short way down to your right.

I have lived in this house for nearly 10 years; over this time I have renovated the house to create a lovely home for me and my son who was 3 when I moved in. I've had a new kitchen fitted, all the walls plastered, knocked the lounge through and a new bathroom

(the highlight I think). The house has an individual style, and a cosy feel. It's very convenient to get into Manchester with regular buses and Fallowfield and Chorlton are 5 minutes away, so there is something for everyone.
