" A delightful, four/five bedroom detached family home located in the pretty Buckinghamshire village of Pitstone. Located at the end of Chequers Lane is Orchard House which has a large driveway with a 5 bar gate. Access is shared between this property and the neighbour. The property was built in 1981.

Entrance porch leading into a welcoming entrance hall with wooden flooring. The living room is particularly bright and spacious benefitting from an open fire with old stock bricks, patio doors leading to the conservatory and just off of the hallway is a spacious cloakroom.

Located next to the living room and with a connecting door to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with wooden flooring and patio doors to the conservatory with electric heating, tiled flooring and lighting, French doors leading to the garden.
