" Built in the early 1990s this four bedroom detached property is a beautiful family home. This particular property is nestled within a cul-de-sac just off of Cromer Way which runs from the A6 through Bushmead to Old Bedford Road. Accommodation briefly comprises of composite front door to entrance hall. The entrance hall has a wooden floor with stairs rising to the first floor. The cloakroom which is the first door on the right has the usual hand basin and low level WC with window to side aspect. The kitchen comes complete with a range of eye and base level units with door to the side giving access to the rear garden. Currently the property has a reception room between the living room and the kitchen which is currently being used as a second living room. This could be opened out with the kitchen or retained and also used as a dining room. The living room which is dual aspect is very light and airy. You have a bow window to the front aspect and sliding patio doors to the conservatory. The conservatory currently being used as a dining area could have a wide range of uses or offering space for a more permanent extension (subject to the usual planning consents).
