" So central I could nearly touch it from my desk. A three bed semi in need of an upgrade by someone young and vigorous. If that's you, you'll want to know that there are two double bedrooms and an office size single, the dining room and kitchen would knock through successfully and so too, the loo and bathroom. The garden is what we would call manageable, south west facing and quiet and contained. Central heating and double glazing are in and altogether this is a satisfying project for you. And no chain.
