" This mid stone built traditional through TERRACED HOUSE has two bedrooms and is conveniently situated close to the centre of Pudsey, with a variety of shops local amenities and transport links available. The property benefits from GAS FIRED CENTRAL HEATING and PVC DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS, briefly comprising; spacious LIVING ROOM, with a wall mounted and inset living flame gas fire in the chimney breast area and modern laminated wood flooring. A door leads to the staircase and to the first floor and a second door through to the kitchen and basement access. The KITCHEN has a good range of matching wall and base storage units with inset stainless steel oval sink with swan neck mixer tap and an integrated double oven gas hob and extractor fan. There is also space for a fridge and good worktop area for preparation. An external door leads to the rear of the property and an internal door with steps down to a very useful BASEMENT CELLAR, which is 8‘1 x 13?9 , has a wall mounted gas central heating boiler and a door, which leads out to the rear of the property.
